Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Rizly (the "Platform"). By creating an account or using Rizly you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. What Rizly is
Rizly is a micro-task earning platform. Members complete simple online tasks — visiting websites, watching videos, following pages, installing apps and answering surveys — and earn real USD. Rizly also includes Hunar, a freelance marketplace where members can sell services or hire freelancers, with payments held in escrow until work is accepted.

2. Free to join — no investment, ever
Creating an account and earning on Rizly is completely free. Rizly will NEVER ask you to deposit money, pay a joining fee, or "unlock" your own earnings. There is no investment, no trading and no guaranteed profit of any kind — you are simply paid for tasks you actually complete. If any website asks you to pay before it pays you, it is not us.

3. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. One person may hold one account only. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Earning and fair use
Rewards are shown before you start each task and are credited only for genuine, correctly completed work. The following are strictly prohibited and may lead to withheld earnings and account closure: bots or automation, VPN/proxy abuse, fake or self-referrals, multiple accounts, and any attempt to fake task completions.

5. Payouts
You may withdraw once your balance reaches the minimum withdrawal shown in your account. Payouts are available through the methods listed in your profile (such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank or USDT). Daily and weekly earning limits may apply; these keep payouts realistic and sustainable so that requested withdrawals are always honoured.

6. Referrals
You may earn a referral bonus on the earnings of members you invite, as shown in your account. Referrals must be real people; self-referrals and fake sign-ups are not allowed.

7. Hunar marketplace
When you buy or sell on Hunar, funds are held in escrow and released when the order is accepted. Disputes are handled inside the order. Standard marketplace fees, if any, are shown before you confirm.

8. Advertisers
Advertisers purchase genuine engagement (visits, views, installs, follows) from real members. Campaigns must comply with the law and must not promote fraud, malware or prohibited content.

9. Changes and closure
We may update these Terms or the Platform from time to time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and results in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of their balances.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.

2. How earning works

The Platform allows members to complete micro-tasks published by advertisers (for example website visits, video views, follows, app installs, signups and reviews) and to receive a reward for each task that is completed correctly and approved.

• The reward for each task is displayed before you begin it.
• Some tasks are approved automatically once the on-screen timer completes. Others require proof and are reviewed by our team, normally within 24 hours.
• We may reject a completion that does not follow the task instructions, that fails our fraud checks, or where the timer was not genuinely completed. Rejected completions are not paid.
• Rewards are credited to your account balance in US dollars.

3. Earning limits

To keep payouts sustainable and guarantee that withdrawals can be honoured, the Platform applies limits on how many tasks a member may complete and how much a member may earn within a given day or week. These limits are shown in your account and may be adjusted from time to time. Reaching a limit is not a penalty; your earnings simply resume in the next period.

4. Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal is $.
• Supported payout methods and any method-specific minimums are shown on the Withdraw page.
• Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 24 hours to 3 business days. Larger requests may take longer as they are manually reviewed for security.
• We do not charge a withdrawal fee. Third-party payment or network fees (for example blockchain fees) may apply and are outside our control.
• You must supply accurate payout details. We are not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect account number provided by you.
• We may withhold or reverse a payout where we reasonably believe it relates to fraudulent or prohibited activity, pending investigation.

5. Referral program

Members may invite others using a personal referral link and receive a bonus equal to % of their referrals' earnings, paid by the Platform. This bonus does not reduce the referral's own earnings. Self-referrals, fake accounts, spam and misleading promotion are prohibited and will result in removal of bonuses and possible suspension.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Using VPNs, proxies, emulators, bots, scripts or automation of any kind.
• Faking task completion, submitting false proof, or otherwise attempting to obtain rewards without genuinely completing the task.
• Abusing, harassing or threatening staff or other members.
• Attempting to interfere with, probe or damage the Platform or its security.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. Advertiser terms

If you purchase traffic or create campaigns as an advertiser:

• Funds added to an advertiser balance are used to pay for completions and are non-refundable once a campaign has begun receiving completions.
• You must not promote illegal content, adult content, hate speech, malware, deceptive schemes, or anything that violates the rights of others.
• We may pause or remove any campaign that breaches these rules or that generates complaints, and reserve the right to refuse any campaign.
• The Platform delivers genuine human engagement. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome (such as sales, rankings or conversions) resulting from a campaign.

8. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms. Where a breach involves fraud or multiple accounts, any balance on the account may be forfeited. If you believe an action was taken in error, you may appeal by contacting support, and we will review the matter in good faith.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting support. Any balance below the minimum withdrawal threshold at closure cannot be paid out.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access; maintenance and technical issues can occur. We may add, change or remove features, task types, reward levels and limits at any time. Significant changes to these Terms will be announced on the Platform.

10. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or loss of expected earnings. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Contact

Free to use — no investment required

Creating an account and earning on Rizly is completely free. You never have to pay, deposit or “invest” money to complete tasks, surveys or offers, or to receive your earnings. Money is only ever added by advertisers who buy traffic, or by buyers who fund their wallet to hire freelancers on Hunar — never by people who earn.

Earnings are not guaranteed

Rewards are not a salary and are not a promise of income. What you can earn depends on the tasks, offers and surveys available in your country, how many you complete, your profile, and third‑party partners — all of which change over time. Rizly does not guarantee any specific amount of earnings, and all rewards are non‑contractual.

Premium / VIP features

Any paid or premium feature, where offered, provides convenience perks only — such as a higher daily task limit, priority withdrawals, or access to exclusive tasks. Paid features are never an investment and do not promise, guarantee or increase your income. Rizly does not operate any investment scheme, profit‑sharing arrangement, or “pay‑to‑earn‑more‑money” program.

Keep work and payments on the platform

For marketplace (Hunar) orders, all communication, files and payments must stay on Rizly. Sharing personal contact details or arranging payment outside the platform is prohibited, removes your escrow protection, and may lead to account suspension. Our systems automatically hide such information in chat.

Prohibited conduct

• Multiple or fake accounts, bots, VPN/proxy abuse, or fraudulent task completions.
• Fake, incomplete or dishonest survey/offer answers (these are reversed by our partners).
• Attempting to bypass fees, escrow, or on‑platform payments.
• Any illegal activity, or content that is abusive, deceptive or harmful.

Fraud or abuse may result in reversal of earnings, suspension, or permanent closure of your account.

Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal once your balance reaches the minimum of $20. Withdrawals are reviewed before payment to prevent fraud. Earnings arising from reversed, invalid or fraudulent activity are not payable.
